Our vision

We want every student and alumnus of Govt. Saadat College to be able to find their people — classmates, batch-mates, department seniors and juniors — in one place, without relying on scattered group chats or half-remembered contact numbers.

A college community doesn't end at convocation. People go on to build careers, mentor juniors, organize reunions, and support each other in ways that started in classrooms. SaadatFace is built to make that ongoing community easier to maintain.

What we're building toward

SaadatFace is under active development. We're building it feature by feature, starting with the fundamentals — profiles, posts, department communities, and events — and expanding based on what the community tells us it needs.

Our priority is a platform that feels genuinely useful for day-to-day community life, not just another app people install and forget.

Our approach

Principles behind how we build SaadatFace

🏠

Community first

Every feature we add is judged by whether it genuinely helps students and alumni stay connected.

🔒

Respect for privacy

We aim to collect only what's needed to run the platform, and to be clear about how it's used.

Built to last

SaadatFace is designed as long-term community infrastructure, not a short-lived project.

Independence & affiliation

Our relationship to Govt. Saadat College

SaadatFace is an independent community platform built by and for people connected to Govt. Saadat College. It is not officially owned, operated, or endorsed by the college. We built it because we're part of this community ourselves, and we wanted a better way to stay in touch with it.

In short

  • Community-built, not college-operated
  • Open to students and alumni
  • Focused on Govt. Saadat College community life
